Hannah Forrestal – Bio

Hannah is a physical trainer/adventure trainer In the RAF. Hannah specialises in Adventure training for the RAF personel around UK AND Europe. Hannah is ambitious,driven,fit and enjoys endurance events. Shackletons Unfinished Business for Hannah, is a dream come true. Ambitious, driven and determined, Hannah is a massive team player /leader and credit to any team she joins with her humour, support and drive.

  • 2003 -2006

    Gained BA Hons Drama at Queen Marys University of London.

  • 2005-200

    Worked as Chief Instructor and River Leader for the outdoor company PGL. Managed instructors and paddled around the UK/French and German Alps.

  • 2009-2015

    Joined the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor, specialised as an Adventurous Outdoor Instructor in 2013.

    • Member of the Royal Air Force Biathlon team.
    • Climbed in Spain, UK, German and French Alps.
    • Ironman Lanzerote/Wales. – Ski touring Haute route, Otztal and Norway.
    • Ice climbing Scotland and Norway. – Wilderness paddling/bushcraft in Sweden. Summer mountain leader Rock Climb leader
    • Leading groups winter mountain foundation mountain first aid RAF biathlon team Ski tour experience
